This app is all right. It’s mostly very small jobs that don’t pay very much. Every once in a while there is bigger job that pays OK. The jobs are easy and app is easy to use. However, it takes them FOREVER to pay. I cashed out like $16 and it took them over two weeks to pay and then I tried to cash out again and was told I had to wait another two weeks or something, but so far they have eventually paid every time I’ve cashed out. So if you don’t mind waiting forever and ever to get paid, it’s an OK app.

Doesn’t pay

I got involved quickly and requested my first cash out nearly 40 days ago. After minimal response and meaningless back and forth I have been told my account is “in the queue” to be fixed and I will be paid. Not to mention I am being recognized for twice the missions but they for some reason have not processed them. Feels like a ponzi scheme of some sort.

This company is listed in ChatGPT for dummies as a way to train Ai. They refused to pay myself and others several months in a row. Do not trust them but if you need a second opinion just check their trustpilot page :) Cheers!

The app is easy to navigate & understand. The products used to be hard to find, but I learned to use Google to look the products up. The moneys not in the scavenger hunts, but the other missions. Once you get the hang of using the shelf scanner and learn how they want the pics taken, its really a breeze to make money. I been making over a hundred dollars a day, fr fr. Now they took all the missions away? What gives? I keep stalking the app b/c the company’s still in business. So whenever you guys put iut some missions, until then, thanks for the change!

Downloaded this app a week ago completed over $200 worth of assignments and they refuse to pay. Now today all the assignments disappeared but I still haven’t received my payment.

I have been using this for at least 7-8 years on and off. It has improved and I make a lot more now than previously.

This app makes it really easy to make some extra money quick. Easy to withdraw the money you make too.

It is frustrating to make effort to complete what’s being asked and can’t find item or denied for my failure to fallow directions and fully read what is being asked of me! Thank goodness they allow some of the time for you to go and get missing data ( even if it was in bold red writing as I read through) they are able to communicate with us because after a few you will get the process and it gets easier to find place for photo as requested by consumers. All around as much bad luck I’ve had getting 14 under my self I feel the next $40. Will be in my pocket within a day now.

Quick little side missions to make some extra money.

When company doesn’t respond to complaints it usually means they bailed on it I suggest Survey Pop or YouGov or Surveys on the Go or Pogo or Bridge Money

This company used to be alright mid 2024, over the last year they have slipped further and further in to scam territory. It got to the point where they decline 100% of every job you do for them so they don’t have to pay out on it. I do picture jobs for 5 other platforms and this is the only one I have deleted and said good riddance to. They set up jobs with false hopes, and then tell you that you didn’t do something right even if you follow the directions perfectly. This entire app has become a scam to get You to waste your time and effort and then they get to keep the pictures and claim that you didn’t do it right so They don’t have to pay, in addition to that, if you do happen to get one to pass, then they hold the money and say they have technical Difficulties paying out. It took me 8 weeks to get my Last Payout and I contacted support every week. They did not even respond to me for nearly a month the first time. Good riddance to this company.

This is a decent application, but the compensation is insufficient. I completed four tasks in total and only earned 60 cents due to the unavailability of the items I was asked to find. Every store I visited required me to search for nail polish, even though there are many other items we could search for in the store. I believe they should broaden the range of items we search for and increase the payment, particularly for individuals who rely on gas-powered vehicles. I think that if we put in some effort, we should be paid at least 1 dollar. This application has potential

This is my first ever App Store review and that’s really saying something because I have been using iPhones for 15+ years. I thought it was odd to see my payment stuck in “processing” for weeks without any change. Reached out to customer support and got the same copy-paste “technical” issues response. All recent reviews (some even dating back to months ago) seem to be saying something similar. If you are here reading this because you have not been paid for your hard work, I highly encourage you to rate and review this app accordingly. I wasted hours hustling around based on the outdated and undeserved high App Store rating. I hope others who have not yet started can read this review and save yourself the time and gas.

If you like to work without getting paid, if you appreciate doing, thanks for free, if you want to provide information at no cost, then this is the app for you! On the other hand, if you are a hard worker, I would suggest that you stay far far away from this app. I use this app and the course of the last couple of years, and never had any problem, but as of late, I have done quite a bit of work for them, and they will not pay. as I look over the reviews, it has appeared that this is become quite an issue. I can’t believe there are corporations that are paying this app to have their work done. I wonder if they their opinion would change if they knew they were not paying their workers. As far as I am concerned at this point, this app is now a scam.

I’ve been using the app for about a month now. I like that there is a good amount of missions near me. It’s also a good way to get some cardio in for the day. Good amount of variety in the jobs. The interface is a little clunky at times but with some practice it’s manageable. Overall it’s a pretty good app

My payout has been “processing” for almost two weeks. Never had an issue getting paid before so not sure what the issue is this time. After reaching out, I was told they were having technical issues. The whole app revolves around paying out participants. How can this issue be going on this long? Feels shady.

They have systems they don’t even know how to work. I earned money from a task that was approved and was told they don’t know when I can get payment for completing tasks and do nothing till they say I can get it.

I have enjoyed using this app and am pleased with the ease of use that it has and also the multiple payout options that are available.

You will not get paid for completion of tasks

Best, easiest, most straightforward way out of all comparative sites and apps to make side money mystery shopping/auditing. Most you are to complicated for such little pay and take forever to pay. On bemyeye pay is small but so are jobs and there plentiful so it adds up quick. 30min of driving 30 min of work and I received 65$ 3 days later! Of course not every day city or account is going to be the same and this day was good but you get the point.

My payment has been stuck in limbo for weeks now! Still no word on how or when this issue will be resolved . Bee my eye staff have been silent on the matter whenever I attempt to make contact with them. I’m still not sure what to do .

This app is similar to other secret shopper apps. Somewhat of the same “missions” like shelf pictures and item scans/treasure hunts. It says they are based out of the UK supposedly. It also says they “try to pay out in 72 hours” but some people have been waiting MONTHS for their payouts, especially “eyes” in the US. It’s easy and understandable to use but it seems this app is a real gamble of integrity on whether or not shoppers are actually paid for their efforts. Wouldn’t use if you depend on apps to get you by/through. But it could be worth the gamble if you want to just make some extra cash and you’re stable enough to go months without receiving payment for it? Idk. It just seems disappointing to know they are exceptionally slow on payment. May come back to change the review if they get their act together.

They don’t pay their “Eyes” in America and by levy incoherent threats. Trinity and the rest of support are a joke.

Be My Eye is a UK company. For everyone having problems getting paid, you have 3 months to file a claim according to the Employment Tribunal website in the UK. There is an online form and you can apparently fill out, and there is an option to meet by phone and/or video.

Good app. Sometimes the items you’re looking for aren’t carried by the location you’re working at or they don’t have a barcode, so they can’t be scanned. But you can just skip items like that and get paid for the ones that you can find and scan.

At first, it’s a little hard to navigate and understand how their payments work. You kinda just have to go by trial and error out of all the free money, making apps out there this one’s by far the most worth it. And the amount of money available to earn is more than I expected.

Have not received payment. No one has responded to emails. I say.. choose a different app. To the businesses that use their services.. use a different company that actually pays the people getting your info.

From the looks of it, It's kinda like a secret shopper kinda deal but I haven't used it yet so I hope it does pay out what it says and I don't get disappointed lol I'll came back and let you know how it goes.

I had already been paid out once and no problem but this time i made $9 and some change and for some reason i have been waiting almost 2 months to be paid out i contacted costmer service only to be run down withh no pay.. i do not recomend this if you really need the money. This is for people who dont care about wasting thier time and energy to HOPEFULLY GET PAID.

No need to go into a balanced review. I will be fair and carry an attitude of “I think they were transparent and reputable at one time, but they have lost their way. Since Oct of 2024 I’ve had a payment “processing” and it’s only for j$21. The bigger crime in this is the blatant disregard for correspondence from “Eyes” (I.e. me and the others trudging around out here with rewards that are being submitted

I had high hopes for this app when i forst downloaded this app. There was lots of jons available in my area. The scale in which they say they will pay is a lie most of the jobs you will most likely not be able to complete through no fault of your own. So you waste your time trying to complete the job as well as the time driving there on top of the gas spent. If you by some miracle complete a job and it gets approved you have to wait an exorbitant amount of time to try and get paid. I was patient with them there FAQ say it could take some time with the first payment (mind you im using paypal and have never experienced this with other gig apps) so i patiently waited the 21 days they said it could take and when that time was up i reached out which was only by email, (why do all these gig apps not hire people to talk to us are they scared to not provide adequate customer-service) my response back was basically an excuse saying they have a back log and they will get to it when they can. I reached out a second time to no avail and if i dont i think i might go talk to a lawyer. This is plain old robbery. Dont use this service.

Simple and easy way to make some extra cash!

Launching in May of 2025 I presume but the job of doing insta, Amazon work third party free lance felt awesome during onboarding . I loved it !

They actually pay you! It can be hard to find items, but they do pay for what you find and don’t make you wait for a minimum to cash out

This app is constantly sending you on these weird missions to keep eyes on their preferred vendors products they want to push- they’ll provide name, pictures and details but those vendors but other vendors they make it hard for us to find their products- they’ll only give you limited description like, a bar code, color, shape(?!), and approx area you might find in the store but NO name or what it actually is. Both are still time consuming and the pay pennies to a few dollars. Looked into their “preferred vendors” and who’s behind this app (thumbs down) If they’re not providing equal information for all their vendors, not paying you enough to buy yourself a lunch, cover gas, and livable profit- they’re crooked and using you as a slave.
